2010—LOS ANGELES) The meatballs were frying, the gravy simmering, and
the pasta
was boiling on the set of new Italian cooking show “The
Goombah Gourmet,” but chef Jod
Soraci’s meatball dish just wasn’t coming together. Enter the sexy trio of Priya Rai, Angelina
Valentine, and Natasha Nice
to
bring the right combination of spice!
The fun
ramped up as fiery Angelina Valentine challenged
Puma Suede to a meatball-making
contest.
"I'm
Italian, so it was really great to show off my Italian side in the
kitchen. I'm
super excited about being part of the Goomba Gourmet show!” said
Valentine.
Since you
can’t have an authentic Italian meal without wine, Priya
Rai the sommelier came out to discuss the
“I wanted a
nice smoky red to complement the flavor of the meatballs, and of course
it had
to be Italian” said Rai.
Meanwhile, Natasha Nice was tickling the ivories
like Alisha Keys for the crowd before the delicious aroma overcame her
and she
had to have a taste.
“The
meatballs were the bomb, they were so juicy and succulent, and I know
my
meatballs” said Nice.
