XXX Truth or Dare Donation to HIV/AIDS Research Rejected by CANFAR, Seeking New Beneficiary

(VANCOUVER, BC — May 30, 2012) XXX Truth or Dare is dedicated to giving back to the community and pledging its support to a noble cause. Unfortunately, a wrench was thrown into these plans recently as The Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) rejected a massive donation from the company behind the popular adult board game. The company had pledged to donate an across the board 3% of its games revenue to CANFAR on a continual basis, but was summarily rejected, and without reason. Despite the foundation's dire need for research and advocacy funds and constant fundraising, it appears that XXX Truth or Dare's adult content may be the reason for the rejection.

"We are extremely disappointed in this decision. We wanted to give back to the community and chose CANFAR as our vehicle. However, they ultimately declined our corporate donation. We do wish them the best in their search for funds. We will not give up our mission to support causes our community believes in, so we are changing our strategy. We want to give 3% of our revenue to any worthy cause who wishes to have it" said Sean, Director of XXX Truth or Dare.

"What this means in reality is that for EVERY single game (Straight, Gay or Lesbian) we sell regardless of retail outlet or distributor, we will pass on 3% of our revenue to your charitable organization. If you want help, we have money to give. We hope our donations will push others within our industry to do the same” he continued.

Founded in 2011, XXX Truth or Dare began with a board game based loosely around the original Truth or Dare concept.
